Question : My car key turns but won't open the door, what do I do?

Answer: This usually means that either the ignition has been changed or rekeyed, or the door locks have been changed or rekeyed. What we do in this case is repin the locks to match eachother so you only have 1 key for everything.

Question: My car keys were stolen, what should I do?
Answer: It's recommended that you get all your locks changed to a different key so the old key doesn't work anymore. This requires removing each lock and physically changing the combination on each one. If you have a newer car with a computer chip in the key, the old keys can be deleted from the car and new keys can be programmed. This is done by accessing the cars computer with our computer.
Question: My car key stopped working in my ignition and now it won't even turn, what do I do?
Answer: In most cases we have to replace the ignition. We replace all the pins with new ones and recut your key if its not cut to manufacturer specifications. We repair it so you still have 1 key for the whole car, and get you back on the road right away.
